Update: changed my one star rating to a 5. Skeeter’s surprised me and called me to apologize. KC took it upon himself to call me and fix things when he could have just ignored it. I allowed them to come pick my car up and do the oil change. They did a great job and totally fixed what happened at lunch. No hard feelings and I will use them again. I left the original issue so others can see I had a real issue..within minutes of me writing this Jessica put the above response and they went above and beyond to fix this. Gave me a free oil change and even came and picked up my car from my job and brought it back. Talk about fixing an issue immediately. Good for you Skeeter’s! Thank you!! Made an appointment yesterday for today at noon to get oil changed on my lunch hour as I work very close. Guy assured me it could be done during my lunch and he would make sure someone was there as this is when most of his guys go to lunch. He promised me it would be done no prob even gave me a decent price. I showed up today exactly at noon, they had me on their computer as having an appointment, and then nothing. I sat and waited…and waited..1230…still nothing. My car never left the parking lot. At 12:30 I questioned what was going on. The guy working there (a different guy than I talked to yesterday) told me they had to wait for the mechanic to get back from lunch, in 15 minutes…which would make it 12:45. I asked how long it was going to take and he said “about 45 minutes”. This is exactly why I made an appointment at NOON. On top of everything else they couldn’t find my key. Finally found it and the only explanation they gave me was “I don’t know why they told u they could do it at noon”.

Want to give a special thanks to Casey and crew for excellent job done as always.Thank you Casey and brake man for letting me know about water pump leak on my Tundra. Luckley it fell under warranty and water pump and timing belt was replaced free of charge and serpentine built replaced only at cost. Again thanks for your excellence service. See you next time.
