Upon arrival, I was met right away with courtesy & respect by Mr. Todd Jacobs. He called me Mr. Adicks throughout the conversation. Information was taken concerning my vehicle and I was given an estimated time they would start the work. I was called upon completion (no parts were needed) within one day. As always if parts are needed they will call for authorization before continuing work. Also, I have not had to bring my vehicle back for the same problem. It is repaired correctly the first time. I highly recommend Skeeter’s for any work needed on your vehicle. And by the way, the shop area is ALWAYS CLEAN. That alone says a great deal about the work to be done and the personnel doing the repairs. Use Skeeter’s and quit worrying about being ripped off—THEY WILL NOT REPAIR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED! Yes, I drive approximately 16 miles to have my work done by Skeeter’s why, because I trust them!

Todd was very though in his inspection process. He found several things that I thought had been taken care of by another garage. His explanation of several potential problems also allowed me to make the choice of getting them taken care of now, or in the future. It was nice to have a comprehensive view of the vehicle and a detailed explanation wherever our conversation took us.

What a great place to go. Todd is a true pro. Honest and genuine. We should be so blessed to have a place right here in Cypress you can count on. Todd stuck his head right up in my glove box and diagnosed my A/C problem in 2 seconds flat. Saved me a bunch of time and money. I have been driving my car for 2 years with the A/C not blowing very hard and not it kicks like a mule. Thanks so much Todd.

From routine maintenance and the unexpected, like last weeks windshield replacement, we would not think of having our automobiles serviced anywhere else. My 4 Runner and my wife’s Tundra are both 10 years old and they are running great. I feel that the care we get should be considered top shelf. That includes both the mechanical service from the automotive technicians and the personal service from the service advisors and the office staff.
