I am 70 years old & live by myself. Casey always takes good care of me, especially when he has to keep the car overnight. He lets me know that Medsto will come & pick me up & drive me if the need arises, which it has & which he has done. Also, Medsto is so pleasant to travel with! I also know I can trust the Techs working on the car because one time Casey said that he had to order a part because the Tech broke it when he was working on it. This told me 2 things, 1. that Skeeters is an honest shop and 2. that he has instilled that quality in his employees that they can be comfortable saying they made a mistake and not be in trouble for it or lose their job over it! That shows the integrity Skeeter manages his employees. I wouldn’t have known the difference had they told me the part just needed replacing!
