Skeeter’s Auto Service and the people working there are truly amazing! I have an old jeep and the repair part it needed was no longer made. But that was no problem for Terry Ost. He found a bolt for the part and fixed my car along with some other repairs. It was lightly raining and cold when I picked up my car and Terry had turned on my windshield wipers and my heater which made my car experience at Skeeter’s first class! I wished I would have known about Skeeter’s Auto Service a long time ago. I have been there several times now and I would never go anywhere else.

Skeeter’s stepped in and went above and beyond to fix my vehicle completely after problem after problem came up. They also gave me a huge discount so I could afford the repairs needed so my vehicle would pass inspection and I could get new tags. I am a single mom and would not have been able to afford everything if they had not gone out of their way to help me. For that I am extremely grateful and will continue to give all my auto need business to Skeeter’s. A special thank you to Terry and Clint in the service department who made everything possible and communicated with me on a constant basis.

My truck is getting older and I have needed to have it repaired twice in the past six months. I was impressed on both occasions with how quickly my vehicle was repaired. Casey kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and was very professional in his interaction with me. I felt that I could trust Casey to be honest about the repairs that were needed. He made recommendations about what repairs he believed needed to be done without pressuring me to have it done. My son in law has also been using Skeeters and he told me that he was impressed with the service. I will be using Skeeters in the future for my auto repairs.

The staff was very personable and explained everything. When my vehicle was not ready a rental car was provided @ no cost to me. It’s never a good time to put your vehicle in the shop and the skeeters family make me very comfortable. I would reccomend.

Skeeters is the best auto service in Houston. All the employees are very nice. My car took 2-1/2 days of service, so Terry got me a rent car (2017 Chrysler) from Enterprise (free of charge). He also called me a few days after I had picked up the car to inquire how my car was doing. Unbelievable service!!
