This was my first time at Skeeter’s. I set up my appointment on the website, and when I drove in, Todd came out and greeted me by name. Filling out the paperwork was so much easier and quicker than any other web-based appointment because they actually use what you already entered and only need the stuff they didn’t ask for. Todd confirmed what I wanted done, took my keys, and sent me back to my house with Modesto in their courtesy vehicle. When I came back later with Modesto, all work was completed, my car was washed, and my bill was less than I expected it to be. Like they say in their tag line, “Changing the image of auto repair”.
