Todd always takes care of my truck

We absolutely love Casey and Todd. They both have gone beyond the scope of their duties to please us every time we come in for service. We have been loyal to Skeeter’s Auto for more than 15 years and I cannot imagine feeling comfortable with another auto repair shop. I’m sure you know how important and comforting it is for a customer to see the familiar employee faces year after year at Skeeter’s. Seven years ago we moved to Montgomery County after living in your neighborhood. We now live about 35 miles from Skeeter’s, but never once have we considered changing to another auto repair facility (and I’m sure there are other great shops)…it’s not gonna happen!

The service was excellent as always. The problem fixed the first time and in a timely matter. I was kept up to date with the process and Todd always and patiently took time to explain things to me. They are always concerned about their clients and do excellent work.

Dropped of my Denali for a brake job, transmission fluid/filter change, a suspension issue and a problem with my steering column. It took a little longer than initially expected because of the suspension issue, but Terry took good care of me and kept me in the communication loop. So far, no problems. Nice folks and everything was fixed right the first time for a reasonable price!! This is how you build repeat business. Keep up the good work!!
